hi
I wanted to check if a problem that exists in 3.6 is still present in 4.x. We're still using 3.6 because we can't import the comments into 4.x.
I get to work about the same time each day. Cerberus 3.6 seems to allow me to do things for 24hrs before requiring me to log back in.
If I get to work a bit early one day I can access the helpdesk without being prompted to log in. I then go through my tickets and start replying. At some random stage it then prompts me to log back in again.
The problem is that sometimes it does this when I submit a reply to a ticket - instead of the reply being submitted it goes to the login screen and then back to the dashboard. The contents of my reply are then lost.
I'm ***really*** frustrated about this happening. It tends to happen more when I write long replies to urgent issues - ie the things that I have to attack first thing in the morning. Today I spent 40minutes researching & writing a reply only to have this happen.
Does Cerb 4 behave the same way? If it does, can I please request that it does something different? Submitting the reply anyway would be nice, asking me to log in and then submitting the reply would be fine. Chucking my reply away is anything but fine.
