This is with build 603

If you don't allow visitors to enter custom ticket subjects, the suject is "Contact me: Other" and not the situation you have created as the "Reason for contacting"

Also, it seems that the mail routing doesn't work for tickets created via the support center with build 603 - they go to dispatch, despite setting an email address for the contact situation and mail parser routing for that email address.

Hey there,
Would it be possible for you so send in a ticket to support @ cerberusweb.com with login credentials to your helpdesk and URL to your support center so we can see this first hand?

I've put in a ticket a while back which Hildy looked over.

I've isolated how to recreated and fix the problem at CHD-711 (http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-711)

Thanks, Darren. I added a link to the issue, too, so we can come back here and update the thread once this is fixed.

I also filed this as a separate bug CHD-729 ( http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-729 ). As you know same apparent root cause with a different result. When this is fixed we'll try to remember to notify this thread as well :)

Note: Both are still occurring as of build 642

Thanks for 2 real good bugs, darren!

Just a heads up the following two issues in JIRA:

CHD-711 [Support Center] With one contact situation, new SC tickets are sent to the default address instead of the one specified

CHD-729 [Support Center] With one contact situation and no customer custom subjects, "Contact me: Other" becomes the default subject

were both verified fixed as of stable build 791. However it appears these were resolved quite some time ago, so you may notice these are working fine in earlier builds as well.
