So, I suspect this is related, but when I hit reply to a ticket, I simply get a blank page in firefox and a 500 error in IE.
When I look at the CERB4 folder on the server, the permissions have it set at Read Only, even though I keep changing them back.
Related? Don't know, but right now, Cerb's not working at all.
** NOTE: However, I _can_ send mail using the send command... **

Hey there!
Are you using IIS/Windows? If so, a directory itself is always going to be read-only from Properties. You'd need to use the permissions system to grant 'Change' access to specific users (specifically, the anonymous webserver user).
When you get a blank page, is there any output in your PHP/error log?

* Update *
I ran the update using the daily and overwrote the modification suggestion for the email.php that would insert the ticket # in the auto-reply and all seems to work now.
So, that brings the question back up as to how to include ticket # in the auto-response/any reply?

Hey there!
In the auto-reply you simply use the token #mask# in your text to have the Ticket ID inserted automatically.
To add the mask to the reply subject:

I know that -- for the message itself -- but for the subject, making the mod to the mail.php seemed to have been what broke it earlier.
