View Full Version : Forwarding ticket is rejected

We have two e-mail addresses that go to different buckets. If we forward an e-mail from one bucket to another, that e-mail is rejected by the helpdesk and never reaches it's destination. This only happens when forwarding from one bucket to another via separate e-mail addresses.

I don't have any other error report other than the rejected message if i'm watching the cron.

Is this a known bug? I went looking for it but i couldn't find it. I'm running build 596

Hi there,
The helpdesk will reject emails that are sent to/from itself. I'm wondering why you just don't move the ticket into the other bucket rather than trying to forward it via email?

We do, it just turned out that someone was trying to do it like that and we weren't receiving the message. So i wasn't sure if it was planned or a bug. Thanks for the quick response.
