Attachments or Document Management

Greetings,

I would simply like to attach documents to articles in the knowledgebase or have something in the support center to view, upload and download pdfs and docs.

Is that possible? If not can I make a feature request for this?

You can put links to downloadable docs / files in the KB articles, but there's no way to attach files to them at this time.

Hi,

+1 ... I'd like to vote for this feature request too. I want my support staff to be able to upload files, images, etc. to the server, but to teach them to ftp files, figure out the urls and etc. will just not work. Being able to attach files to knowledgebase articles would be excellent for us.
