Mail with special chars makes linking wrong (CHD-605)

My boss is all over me with this bug, our coworkers cant open the attachment if it contains special chars and it is not that service minded to ask the requester to send it all over again with no special chars in it.

Please can you increase the priority on the bug CHD-605? It could not be that troublesome to fix it, just getting the link working?

Please fix this.
It cost massive Amount of Time to change the Displayname of the Attachment in the Database.
In our Country(Germany) the People use the specialchars for the Names of the attachments.

Okay, this should be fixed in build 606. If you just want the patch for this bug, see http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-605. Also, if you have this problem with any existing tickets, it's a simple matter of renaming the file in the attachment table in the db. (The odd filename there is the only thing that causes problems.)
