Slow Helpdesk Since Migration

Hi,

Since the problems yesterday, the helpdesk appears to be very slow. Any ideas?

There is/are/could be a lot of contributing factors to this:

--We've been doing a lot of mopping up since getting everybody's helpdesks back online, including restoring attachments and pulling new backups. This puts an extra load on the server that you wouldn't normally see (very heavy disk IO that slows down db access). We're mostly done with this now

--All of the helpdesks got moved from the deceased server to another server that already had helpdesks on it. This server is a little overcrowded right now, but we've got a replacement coming online that we'll be moving accounts to (probably this weekend) to lessen the load on the backup server you're on now.

--That backup server's upload link isn't as large as the one you were on before (10Mb instead of 100Mb). We've got a request in to upgrade that link.
