Hate to cross post but this is now a big problem for us. When we go to enter a ticket for our customers who call the ticket doesn't link to their organization.
Our agents click Log Message and put the requester as their email address. It then shows up as saying we were the last worker and shows our email as the sender, and theirs as recipient.
Are we simply doing this wrong?
