We do understand, fabiotpr, that these are important bugs to you, and both of them are actually slated to be fixed for 4.0. We have recently received copies of emails to reproduce the situation in CHD-486, and it is being worked on.

The thing to note, however, is that neither of these bugs has a great deal of community push behind them, and while they are annoying to be sure, they are not blocking issues. There are a great many factors that go into what we fix and when, but rest assured we are not ignoring these issues.

But because I saw he bug was reported I didn't bother to chase it up. I suspect many people are in the same boat.

This is a major bug and one I would think should be quite simple to fix

Well, it *is* marked for 4.0, but community demand helps. I don't see *your* vote for it, though, D... ;-) (and I can't vote for it on your behalf with the way JIRA works)
