Support Center Problem

With the latest build, I get this error when clients try to search the KB or submit a ticket

Fatal error: Call to undefined method DevblocksProxy_Curl::_printTransfer() in /<path to>/support/index.php on line 274

Our support center is crippled until we can get this resolved.

Hey there,
Just asked Jeff about this and he said that build 582 should fix that up. You will just need to update and then copy the index.php from Config -> Community Tools to your SC.

Upgraded to build 582 and that fixed the problem.

Can I suggest that stable builds are announced in the forums?

Darren, they will be. (most of the time, HEAD is fairly stable, but it *is* dev code). Build 585 is our next major stable target, and it's almost done testing. I'd expect an announcement soon.
