To be able to Helpdesk Manager to configure for any Worker the New Assignment notification email.
Now only user can configure his own new ticket assignment.

+1 for me.
Personally I would like to be able to 1) Have management functionality over other users and 2) Create a template for additional new users.

I'd like to expand this to make it such that the Manager account can alter *all* the notification settings for *everyone*. My employees tend to be lazy.
