[Feature Request] Customizable Watcher Notification

The watchers plugin has been very helpful for us.
A very helpful modification would be to have a configurable notification (like the autoresponse) as an option instead of forwarding the original email.

This would take care of the need (mentioned elsewhere) of sending notifications via SMS or PDA's.
In our case, our office voicemail system sends our voicemails to our helpdesk via email (with a large WAV attachment). Having the watcher forward that to my cell phone (SMS) isn't very helpful. I'd like to have a very short message with the ticket mask and subject.

If you think that simply being able to optionally not forward attachments in the watcher email would work, add a note to the issue.

We did look at the idea of just skipping the attachments, the problem is that a fairly short email could trigger a dozen SMS "chunks" due to the very short nature of SMS.
