Hi, I am testing cerb4 with the plan of at some point moving our large cerb2.6 system over to it. Though right now it's the cerb4 system is only handling a couple tickets a day. It would be very helpful to me if I could see the full email headers inside the ticketing system, not simply the information provided when I click on "show full headers", I suppose ideally it would show up when I click "show full headers" but that's not necessary.

I found this http://forum.cerberusweb.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=8224 post about it where it was said "The full headers are being stored and will be available. We're not sure yet exactly how that's gonna work, but they are all there in the db."

So I suppose is there any new status on this feature, or where is it that they are being stored and I'll poke around and attempt to show them myself

Thanks

Clicking "show full headers" should display all the headers... the only information you're not gonna be able to get at is the internal message structural data on a multipart MIME message. What are you expecting to see and yet not seeing?

Ok I will try to be a little clearer, so I took two screenshots:

This is what I see as the header when I view the message in pine on the particular mailserver:

and this is what I see when I click "view full headers in cerb4:

I hope that might make it a little clearer what I am looking for, I would like to see all the information in cerberus that I currently can see using pine.

thanks

Thanks for the screenshots! That made things a lot more clear.

It looks like what you're talking about is the fact we're stripping redundant "Received" headers.

I've added this to the roadmap for you:

Thanks!
