Hi guys!
I have some questions:
1. In ticket view - properties - there is the heading "send responses to", below you can see the recipients email-adresse(s) and a checkbox. If I check an address and save changes, this address is removed. But nothing in the text says that this will delete the address ...
2. I'm missing the ticket audit log. I think it is essential to see at a glance what has already happened to the ticket. Will this be implemented?
3. International characters do not work yet. When will this be made?
4. Will there be something like pre/post-parser-rules like in cerb3? I considered them quite useful.
Thanks for your answers!
Irene

Hey Irene!
1. I'll file that as a bug/improvement.
2. Yeah, we're planning to add this back using our new event system. It just follows the same transitional pattern of not being absolutely necessary to use the system.
3. Translations are in the top 5 feature requests. We've already done the new Support Center and Custom Workspaces from that list. E-mail notifications (watchers) should be next, then translations.
4. Yeah! With the other feature requests being addressed, the requests for mail rules are getting more common again.
All these are good requests! Realize these aren't oversights, our goal has been to give you guys something usable as quickly as possible -- since your feedback is far more interesting/important than our assumptions. ;)
So far this has been a lot more effective than past releases.
Thanks!

Hey Jeff,
thanks for your answers. After a short period of getting to know Cerb4 I really started liking it :)

I'm always glad to hear that! :)
It's a much better balance of power and intuitiveness.
Someone can make the transition from normal webmail much more quickly and easily now. They can then grow into Custom Workspaces, Super Sort, Fetch & Retrieve and Community Tools to realize how much time was being wasted in the past. ;)
The real big benefit of Cerb4 has only barely been glimpsed so far by anybody watching the quick updates lately -- Devblocks. Once plugin development really gets going, having WebGroup Media as the major development bottleneck for various tweaks and functionality won't be an issue anymore like it was in Cerb3.
(And I'm almost done bringing in the new E-mail Notifications/Watchers system, which means we're a step closer to that German translation work!)

The new 'Audit Log' plugin will be going into SVN tonight.
It's much improved!
