Feature Request - KB Articles without the clouds

I liked the old style of KB articles where there were categories and KB articles under it. I'm not sure everyone understands the "cloud" view of tags. Any chance there could be an option to have the old style as opposed to the "cloud"?

(My web designer commented that many people don't know what a "cloud" is all about. I tend to agree.)

Absolutely! This is something on my short list for 4.0 Release.

* Improved Support Center (pluggable widgets, better theming)
* Moving KB browsing/editing back into the worker GUI (there will still be a community tool, but you'll also be able to show KB articles in the Support Center easily again).
* Translations
* Timezones

Excellent! I look forward to it; of course, the sooner the better as my web designer is working on redoing my site and coming up with a theme for my support site. If it won't be soon, hopefully the theme can easily be modified for the changes.
