Thank for creating the videos Jeff. They helped to explain a few things.
Now being "eagle eyed", I spotted some extra tabs on the top of you install - calls, crm, invoices
I guess you've got some custom modules - care to elaborate :)

Good eye, Darren! These are just plugins that may or may not be in development (we could tell you, but we'd have to kill you...). :-D
As things get to a point where they're usable, they'll generally be released, though some of the plugins will only be available to licensed users (i.e. not available to those with only a "free" license). Some may never be released, if we decide to go a different direction. As the old saying goes, don't count your chickens before they're hatched...

Hey Darren!
Yeah, a lot of these things are in our incubation repository, but we're definitely working on new extensions for:
Call Logging
CRM (Leads/Opportunities cycle)
Project Management
Invoicing
Live Help
Server Monitoring (using our PortSensor project)Originally we hadn't intended to solve all these biz problems with Cerb4, but we've found our same patterns (Overview, Peek, etc) can easily handle the legwork for most of these other pains. These solve things we've needed badly for years.
We've also been working on these other plugins to push and improve the platform/framework (Devblocks), which makes all our other development easier and quicker. It also helps us refine the 3rd party development process and documentation.
As Dan mentioned, we'll likely be providing most of these things to any paying Cerb4 user who wants them. They won't be licensed individually (which is the main reason for our licensing tweak to user count). If you don't want a particular piece, the Cerb4/Devblocks plugin system will consider those files as if they didn't exist. Not a millisecond of execution time will be spent conditionally ignoring them (unlike Cerb3's toggles which spidered into everything).
This is where the Cerb4 strategy will really start to shine. ;)
Thanks for noticing!
If you need beta testers for the Server Monitoring plugin, we'd love to help out. We run a server management company and a monitoring system integrated right into the helpdesk would be the bomb!

Sure thing!
If you get a chance, try installing the free version of PortSensor (http://www.portsensor.com/) (our monitoring app). The monitoring plugin will likely make use of the sensor feeds PortSensor can share.
I'll check it out. Thanks!
