When in a ticket conversation view, browsing the headers of the messages within that conversation, it would be very helpful to see exactly what conversations within the ticket include attachments, and the attachment name (same information as when you click "retrieve full message" and the attachment information appears at the bottom of the messages) and be able to open the attachments from the messages summary without having to click "retrieve full message" first.
