View Full Version : Forwarding Messages

This may be a trivial question, but I can't figure out how to forward a message to someone who is not a Cerberus user. We have several internal support teams, and haven't moved all of them into Cerberus yet (although this is the plan). In the meantime I need to be able to forward specific messages to them, but the only thing I can find is the CC field when I hit the reply button.

Hey there!

You're right, it's a trivial feature. However it's not in Cerb4 yet.

This has been on our internal development waiting list for a while, but we've been waiting to vote it up through user feedback. It didn't come up through the beta or the past couple weeks.

This strategy has allowed us to keep a lot of the kludge out of the system by not assuming everything we had before was still necessary with the new concepts.

In the meantime we've focused on things with a lot of demand, such as the Support Center and Custom Workspaces.

That's not to say something as blatant as forwarding e-mail (in an e-mail application!) wouldn't ever come up or be important. We just hadn't prioritized it up to this point because it wasn't in demand.
