access to email templates

Can you please make the email templates accessible from the Compose new email section (right now it is only in Reply, when inside a ticket)? It would be super handy for us!

Looks like this has been requested a number of times and still hasn't made much traction. I'm going to vote this up and upgrade the priority status. Hopefully the devs will make a move on this in the not too distant future.
