Of course, the man's got a right to take some time off, but it's been a while since we've heard from him here.

Nah, he's just in a coding mode right now... We're trying to get to most everything, but occasionally we miss something. Let us know if there's a specific post that needs attention that we haven't gotten to.

Well, I'm especially anxious to see the "log a new ticket" functionality he started but commented out of core (as of SVN version 512, at least) finished up. I've actually hacked it up to work (minimally) for our purposes, but I'd like to see how the official implementation is going to look.

http://www.cerb4.com/forums/showthread.php?t=410 - I've sent a ticket in with the db dump and data info. This one is really important to us so that we can consolidate everything into our new Cerb4 install.

I'll reply over there...

Ah... I think I may have your ticket on this one... is it RFY-36417-336? If not, let me know (here or PM or hildy at webgroupmedia dot com) which one is yours. I could use another dump to test, anyway (see below). The one I have only has 9 tickets and 95 messages.
I put together a Kayako exporter that successfully exports the tickets / messages, but it doesn't do attachments yet because the db dump in that ticket wouldn't import those rows. It's possible it's a config thing on my mysql server, because those attachment rows are 300k+ blobs, and it doesn't seem to like trying to add them. If you don't care about the attachments, I can give you what I've got now, and it should work.

You can watch http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-360 to keep track of progress on that issue. It seems to be a popular one, and I know Jeff's planning to implement it, so just ignore the fact that it doesn't have a marked fix version yet... :-)

Hey guys!
Vacation isn't in my vocabulary. ;)
I've just been busy working on a lot of these features, and some other plugins and projects that tie everything together. I didn't intend to stay silent for a week. The time just ends up disappearing when things are humming along nicely!
Dan@WGM, Mike@WGM and I spent some time tonight on a quick Cerb4 plug-in to keep on top of the forums a lot better as a team. It will allow them to flag specific forum threads for me to look at as soon as I get a chance. They're more than capable of handling a lot of what comes up.
I'll take a look at the things that were highlighted here and in JIRA.
I'm flattered that you missed me. :D
