We're moving back over from another vendors solution to Cerb(4) just because there were some issues that we were not able to resolve with them.

Now, some of the features that we miss but feel are really needed within this product are as follows.

Rate limiting.

To stop auto-responder bounce wars. Currently, we send invoice emails from x@domain.com, now, if a customer was to reply with a genuine query regarding that - they would goto the correct group and get an autoreply to let them know.

If for some reason that email was to bounce or they have an auto-responder on, we'd get sent that, to which the helpdesk would send another email - therein lies the problem. Need some sort of rate limit function. I remember this was present in previous versions.

Banned Senders.

Although this could be managed at the mailserver level - it is far easier to manage within the software as not everyone has access to the mailserver directly.

Group Visibility/Bucket Links - More of a usability request.

If you're assigned more than one group - having to go back to the drop down the see the current new tickets/load, takes time. We all do this several times a day, wasting valuable seconds. It would be nice if there was an option to display this like the bucket view (one thing of v2/v3 that I really miss)

Moving onto the buckets - once again to save more time, it would be nice if the buckets were clickable to take you directly to it.

This issue should be fixed now. More info about it is available at http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-250 .

You can now find this feature by going to "helpdesk config" => "mail" in the "Incoming Mail Settings" section.

The "Overview" area in Mail now takes care of everything you mentioned here.
