Hi,
Is there a chance you could re-add the possibility to save "notes" (more like FAQ for other people (internal or external) to search?).
For example I receive a mail with passwords from a customer. And I think "hey, this is handy for colleague xxx". I copy them on the clipboard, go to "FAQ center", click "Add" and then I have a screen which says "Topic" and then a textarea "Story". Also there should be something like internal/external switch. Or a checkbox list who can see it (people from which bucket/externals/...).
I add everything & now everyone can search it.
