Cerberus Helpdesk and SugarCRM

anyone has tried a Cerberus Helpdesk integration into SugarCRM?
It would be very useful to link Cerberus Ticket with Sugar Cases

We are also looking at sugar.. We need a real CRM but we also need the power of the Cerb team email system with flags...

a way to connect them would be HUGE

We havn't developed any SugarCRM integration, but I thought I'd mention that we now have an experimental CRM plugin in Cerberus. It can be enabled in the helpdesk setup screen on the plugins tab, for those that want to try it out.

SugarCRM is another world compared to Cerberus CRM Plugin.
