Hi,
While I was navigating the helpdesk site my internet connection went suddenly very slow. So I saw the helpdesk disappearing (and 5-10 seconds later) reappearing on the new tab.
Maybe it's possible to fade to a loading animation & once the loading is done, fade to the new screen.
This way you won't have people wondering like "where did my site go to?".
-- My thinking is it's maybe better to put an image in the viewable part of the fading image (put another div over it) and then fade the back to the new page. Not fade to loader & fade to page because that might actually decrease performance for LAN settings.
