[Feature Request] Customize workspace: add sort

When you open the workspace, it's first sort order is by "service priority", but in my case, that's not very usefull... I would rather like to customize it by last action date (last time someone made a ticket/replied to it).
So I go to "customize", but there I can only choose the fields to see, not the sort method.


Could this be added?

It does remember your prefered sort method (I think it's cookie/session based), but it would be extreemly usefull to being able to set the defaults for all workers.

Well, I use Opera and it remember my sorting when I keep my browser open, but not when I log out & back in. It would be extremely useful to have this saved inside the workspace ordering.

In the meantime, if you sort by something else and customize->save it'll persist your sort preference. I just noticed that in the code.

That'd be ok too, but it should be somehow obvious for the end user ;-)
