The Inbox Rules under groups are great, but took me days to find. My Groups is not the place I would expect to find them. I was looking at Mail Routing. A simple link that page that says "For sorting based on additional criteria, see the _Inbox Rules_" would do wonders. Ditto for a reverse link.

PS I wish I could add an Inbox rule/routing (don't care which) based on the *from* address so I could direct to a bucket. I can't do either as far as I can see.

My Groups -> Configure -> Inbox Mail Rules -> Add Inbox Mail Rule has the option to specify From: or Subject: as the field to match. Does that not work for you?

Hey there!
Yeah, originally mail rule creation was handled from bulk update and super sort. When we dropped the Group Workspaces this complicated things slightly, since the lists now span multiple groups (and rules exist in groups).
We'll be adding back the ability for group managers to create rules while looking at lists.

You can create an inbox rule based on the sender (from) or subject, and either can use '*' for wildcards. Am I missing something? ;)
Thanks!

Sorry, typo. I meant I want to put an email that is sent *to* a particular address into a bucket (support queue my have been Cc:'ed or bounced the message, etc.). I can do the *to* in Parser Rules. I can do the bucket in Inbox Rule. I can't do both in either place it seems. I'm not sure why the Inbox Mail Rules are limited to just From and Subject.

Only because initially the Inbox Rules were set from the Super Sorter and Group Workspace actions. There's no flawed ideological reason for it. ;)

Just to let anyone following this thread, a more full featured Inbox Mail Rules has been committed to the latest stable build 662.
You will find that many more options have been added to the "group setup" -> "Inbox Filtering" section.
Plus the Worklist "Bucket" column shortcut "-add filter-" has been given a face-lift. From the pop-up window you get all the same options at your fingertips and many are pre-filled with details from that ticket for convenience.
