Feature Request: Multiple Reps Responding

We some times have the problem where two reps start working on or reply to the same ticket not knowing that another repo is working on it. I would like to see a warning displayed when clicking respond that lets the rep know that another rep has responded to this ticket since he last looked at it. I have seen this feature in other helpdesk softwares and i would like to see it in cerberus too.

I know there's the take/release feature but that doesn't do much good when you don't constituently refresh that list window and even then it's still possible for this to happen.

When you click Reply, if the Next Worker property is set to something other than yourself, you will see a warning message at the top of the reply div... Is that not what you're wanting?
