Hey Guys,
A quick question / suggestion. I noticed that email addresses from incoming tickets are automatically added to the address book.... Fine, Great, Fantastic. However the system also adds email addresses from tickets/emails that have been marked/deleted as spam. ICK :)
Can we block this, and also maybe remove them from the DB?
