Feature request: Templates in Compose Email

Because we also want to send email with Cerberus i would like to propose and extra feature. We regularly send to email to suppliers, our technical department, ect. It would be easy to use templates in sending email.

Since it's already implement in other sections of the mail process i would think this would be easy to integrate for the developers.

I would second this. We often need to start a ticket by sending out a template to a customer.

this would be much smoother if we could access the built in templates

Please vote for it if you'd like, though the support seems rather vocal so far... ;-)
