Have you seen the competition really? The new cerberus help desk 4 looks awful...
Either use the theme from 3 or redo the whole theme....for 4. I can't even login my demo......either.

I agree. Fortunately this is not yet the final release. Let's see...

Individual demo sites are available from http://cerberusdemo.com/ and should look like http://hildytest1.cerberusdemo.com/admin/ not anything at cerb4.com.

As far as changing styles, you won't be able to on the demo site (because it doesn't come with a server login), but you should just be able to update the cerberus.css file in /cerb4/styles/default to change color schemes.

How to change the layout to be like v3.x? cerberus.css?

The Support Center themes can be set up in "Community" from the top menu.

It's really easy to make new ones. I need to wrap up the wiki documentation for it (http://wiki.cerberusdemo.com/index.php/Creating_New_Support_Center_Themes), but the gist is simply copying one of the directories under cerb4/plugins/usermeet.sc/templates/themes

Just copy a directory like 'cerb4' or 'gsimple' to a new directory and edit the index.tpl.php -- which is a combination of layout and stylesheet.

We'll be working on more as time goes on.

The default one (gSimple) I'm sure the top post is talking about was meant to be simple and "Google-like" on purpose. The others are nothing stunning, but I'm sure the community creativity can fill in.

The thing that's being overlooked here is how powerful the new Community Tools and Cerb4 API are. Our website (http://www.cerberusweb.com/) has embedded Fetch & Retrieve and things. The entire site is a community tool.

It's fairly easy to get exactly what you want out of the system now.
