Hi,

How can I several tickets at once? I can't find an other option then going into every seperate tickets to assign it someone.

Would appreciate feedback very much!

Hi Sylvia,

Well there are 2 different ways to do this,

1) Quick Assign: Use this if you simply want to grab any or all of the unassigned tickets for YOURSELF immediately without actually going through them first. This would be a good thing for a worker to do if they finished their previous tickets and just wanted to fetch any new ones that were still available.

From any ticket worklist you should see a row of links in the top right (blue background), the one you'll be interested in is 'assign', click that and you should see, "There are # assignable tickets in this list. Take how many?", set how many you want to take and you're set.

2) Bulk Update - Next Worker: Use this if you want to pick a group of tickets and pass them off to someone else including yourself. Unlike Quick Assign you would examine any tickets you have available and distribute them to the appropriate worker.

From the ticket worklist, click the checkbox next to any of the tickets you want to assign to someone. Then click 'Bulk Update', select 'Only checked', and then select one of your workers in the 'Next Worker' drop-down.
