Mail Rules was one of the things that we used a lot in Cerb3. We were constantly tuning how different departments get mail and what gets done with it. When you're dealing with 10k+ emails a day it's one of the best features about Cerberus. Please make this a priority adding it back in.

Absolutely!
Mail Rules, Custom Fields and Translations are our top priorities at the moment. Probably in that order.
I'm missing some mail rule flexibility myself. :)

Yeah, VERY near future.
Since we phased out the Group Workspaces for Overview, I'm definitely seeing a void for mail rules (since tickets in lists can't clearly be attributed to a specific group for the 'inbox rules').
It makes sense to start allowing groups to create rules against any property, and have more actions than just the group/bucket destination.
I especially want to see header-based rules.
I know I say this pretty often, but it's really high on our list. :) I just knocked off a batch of forum feedback last night, and should be able to start digging back into new features again.
