Disappointed by this new release
I was expecting a lot from this new version, but unfortunately I’m very disappointed , because a lot of “old” features are not there anymore:
• Multilanguage
• Take, release a ticket
• Stats are very poor
• No more automatic refresh in the views
• No graphical view of the team loads
• Where can I personalize the signature for each team member ?
• ….
We’ll still be using V3 for a long time :(
Regards

Hey there,
1. Multilanguage
2. Take, release a ticket
3. Stats are very poor
4. No more automatic refresh in the views
5. No graphical view of the team loads
6. Where can I personalize the signature for each team member ?
1. This is the #1 requested feature at the moment. We're switching to "mbstring" (multibyte PHP extension) to properly support UTF-8. We've also adopted the TMX localization standard for the strings. Now that our initial beta is over, and functionality is more finalized, we can spend the time to externalize all the strings. This isn't that complex, but it's time-consuming -- it wasn't worth doing before we had the functionality settled.
2. "Next Worker" is the Take/Flag concept in Cerb4. You can mass Take/Release using Bulk Update or the "(peek)" popup from ticket worklists. You can also update this from Display->Properties or while writing a Reply.
3. It's also rather trivial to add new reports, but it's helpful to hear what you're specifically looking for.

5. The green bars? You can add that to the roadmap (http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD) if you feel that's a blocker for you.
6. Signatures are managed in 'My Groups'. Admins/managers can set the current group signature (Sales, Support, etc.) and use tokens for worker name, title and other fields. The helpdesk can have a global signature to handle any groups without a signature. This adds a lot more flexibility for different teams in the helpdesk even when the helpdesk is partitioned for multiple companies/brands. It also adds consistency and doesn't require workers to set anything up. Through the beta nobody was requesting individual signatures, which is why the feature still doesn't exist, but you can also request that on the roadmap if you'd like to see it. That allows people to vote it up and helps us prioritize development.
Thanks for the feedback.

I'll request it and vote as I miss this since we upgraded. Where do I do that> :)

I didn't see this issue created yet, either, so go ahead and create a new feature request.
