are there any language packs for Cerberus Helpdesk 4.0?
I search for an german translation :)

Hey there!
We haven't pushed all the strings into the translation system yet, but hopefully that's something we'll get around to this week.
German support is in high demand, it will probably be the first translation.

Hey there!
Sorry for the delay. I was held up slightly by a couple issues last week.
On the development front, we just need to set aside the time and finish externalizing all our strings. It's on my "Top 5" for Cerb4.
The new Support Center is currently #1. It's almost ready to go.
