I accidentally added one I don't want anymore, and I want it to go away. :)

You'll need to delete it from the database directly. I am sure this will be added in the future, though...
Go into MySQL -> Your DB -> worker_workspace_list. Delete the one with the name you want to get rid of.

Workspaces aren't physical objects, they're just labels on worklists. They'll disappear automatically when no worklist uses them.
You can delete a custom worklist from the 'customize' link to the right of the blue bar.
We probably just need to add a feature to be able to move an existing worklist to a new workspace (which would also automatically remove a workspace when it's no longer mentioned by any list). The upside there is you don't need to remake your lists in another workspace.

Filed 'ability to move an existing worklist to a new workspace' in JIRA.

Alright!
This isn't exactly related to the original topic, but I committed a feature that allows you to 'copy' any worklist (from search, overview, etc) into your private workspaces. You can copy your own lists into other workspaces, or to clone them in the same workspace.
Simply click 'copy' in the blue title bar of any ticket list.

Great, all that's left is the ability to MOVE a workspace physically (ie, sort them)

How do I delete a test Workspace I made without going into the database? You say it will go away by itself when it is not used on any Worklist. How do I stop using it? All I did was define it as a test, it is not in any Worklist. When does it go away? I ran maintenance by reducing the schedule from 24 hours to 24 minutes temporarily.

It will go away once you remove all custom worklists from that workspace.

Yeah, there's no database table for Workspaces. The possible options are pulled from the Worklists table (where each specifies a Workspace by name).
As Neenach said, if you delete all the Worklists then the Workspace will disappear automatically.
We could add a shortcut to delete a Workspace (which also deletes all the lists). Feel free to request that in the project portal (http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD) if it's what you want.
Thanks!

I found it. To create a worklist:
mail / my workspaces / Click here to create your first worklist
...
Save Changes
All the pending emails appear.
Then to remove the worklist & workspace:
mail / my workspaces
(won't work from "overview" by the way)
Look for "customize" on the far right.
Scroll down and click the 2nd "Delete" button (of 3).
All the pending emails disappear.
I assume the other user (we have two) still gets them in his worklist??
It's harder to describe the steps than to see them, the menus are located:
*top line right
*next line left
*next line left
*next space left
*line right
and so are not obviously hierarchal. It's a nice design visually but hard to explain in words, especially since the menus are not named, and I don't know their names.
I may be totally dense on this, but your answer didn't make much sense to me because I did not see how to delete a worklist ("customize"), and I was using "overview."
So this stuff does make sense? By the way, how do I view another user's worklists?

Currently, the only way to view another user's worklist is to login as that user.
Makes for an interesting feature request - the ability to create a "public" worklist.

Yeah, when you remove the worklist you aren't deleting any tickets. You're just deleting the list itself (which exists like a saved search). Your worklists are private, so deleting them won't affect other users.
By the way, how do I view another user's worklists?
Neenach had this right. At the moment there isn't a way to look at other users worklists (beyond viewing the database directly).
We can add "shared worklists" if that's something you guys decide Cerb4 needs.

How do I rename a custom workspace?
I don't want to delete it, just rename it to something else.

Hey there!
That's perfectly reasonable. I went ahead and added a task for it:
http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-457
The previous answer was to 'copy' your worklists to a new workspace. You can still do that in the meantime, but it's a bit time-consuming for no good reason.
I'll get the quick rename/delete requests knocked off.
Thanks!

I actually had a few people ask for shared workspaces just today when I was showing them Cerberus 4.
If anyone else has feedback on this particular feature, it would be useful for us.
