I tested sending one email to multiple addresses at the same time. Cerb decided to put them in the "Abuse" department of our system, it shows them as being handled by the Abuse team, and the reply says it was from the Support team. Expected behavior is one ticket in each of those teams, and a reply from each team, instead of multiple replies all from Support. The tickets show up in all groups, however. In every group, it says the team handling it is abuse.
