IP Address is not authorized to upgrade database

I know what the issue is but how to I edit the list of allowed IP addys when I cannot hit the gui?

Hey there!

Edit framework.config.php for that helpdesk instance and add the IP to AUTHORIZED_IPS_DEFAULTS. If there is more than one, separate them with commas.
