If you don't have your browser open and logged into the helpdesk then when you click on a rss feed to go to a ticket it tells you access denied because there is session was lost.
Can you make it to where instead of giving you that error message it will bring you back to the login page? This would help a lot since many rss readers have authenticaton and basic web browsing abilities.
Or if there is another way around this I would like to know.
