When a user opens a ticket from the web interface, how can we configure the system to send out a email notification of the pending ticket ?
Subsequent email and replies can be configured to be send to the help desk mailbox using send replies to all .. but I cant seem to figure out how to get an email when ticket is opened.
This is in version 4.0 ( community edition)
