I get this at the top of all "Mail" pages:

And when I go to view tickets, instead of seeing the text I see...

Also, cron jobs appear to not run! :( This means no mail parsing...

Very odd.

I'll probably have to work closer with you on this, if possible.

Are you able to provide limited access to the install through FTP or SSH? I'd be happy to hop on a Gtalk/Y!/etc IM session and help troubleshoot.

Hey,

Cron tasks still aren't running (I am using the browser-window version at the moment) and we're still getting the error at the top of our pages.

We just upgraded to the latest SVN version. Any chance we'll be able to look at what's causing this today?

Yeah, as long as I can get some kind of access to see what's going, I should be able to make some time this afternoon (Pacific).

You can have full access to our database and files no problems as soon as you have a chance to get online..:)

Hey Jeff,

Any chance you can schedule some time soon? I am normally up pretty late (2-4 AM PDT) so that isn't an issue for me. I'd just like to get this resolved so we can purchase our license and get ready to start training staff, and so I can finish up my integration. :)

I think I missed you earlier! I had my AIM/Y! accounts open for a bit (but I tend to get accosted rather often!).

I'm pretty much always on Gtalk, I rarely use the others.

We just pushed a big update into SVN:

You should update and see if you're still having your issues. If so we'll dig a little deeper.
