Logged in as Superuser, I can see the full panel to modify tickets
Change Status + Change Queue + Change Owner + Perform Action
Mark as Spam is part of the Perform Action pulldown.
To my surprise all my staff in the Customer Service group can not see the "Perform Action" pulldown.
In the configuration I can't see any option to enable this.
How can I get that option for staff?
Version 2.7.0, but was the same on Version 2.6.
