RSS Feeds

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that we are nearly done with a product that will allow you to pipe RSS feeds to any IM client. (not just Googletalk/AIM). We may even add support for mobile devices (though, I'm not sure on that one!).

This is sure to be a great tool for tracking tickets via IM! :)

Sounds great! Anothr.com works pretty well -- but their notifications aren't super reliable.
