Greetings,

I would like to request that workers can set ticket upon replying to expire to 'closed' after a certain date.

e.g.
Expiration Date: August 25,2008

It would be greatly appreciated!

Agree this would be nice. In addition, tickets in a given queue should automatically close after a set period of time. Even nicer would be to send the requester a notice after a predetermined period of time "We haven't heard from you in 24 hours. This ticket will automatically close in 1 day." .... or something like that.

Yeah both sound like interesting ideas to me, too! We'll see if the developers feel like we do. So they can look into this idea later for possible inclusion in an upcoming Cerb4 release, I filed this in our tracking portal.
