We are having a small issue with the merge feature in cerb4 (v662). It seems that when two tickets are merged it retains the oldest date. Example, I have one ticket (T1) with a updated value of '2 Days'. Then another email comes in that needs to be associated to that ticket (T2). If i merge T1 and T2, it keeps T1's date. This doesn't seem logical to me. I would think that since an action has been performed against the ticket that the ticket would be up dated. This is particularly annoying for us since our L2 team handles tickets more communally than I think most cerb4 users do. So if another worker updates a ticket, a casual glance doesn't reveal the fact.
