We're running Version 3.6.0 build 431.
Everything is working great with our knowledgebase, which is integrated with our website. Fetch and Retrieve is also working well.
We have many knowledge base Tags in place, so that when answering support e-mails, we can search the tags to bring up the appropriate KB article.
However, when we go through to try to organize our KB articles, to add new tags and delete old ones, I can only add tags consisting of words that already exist.
For example, we have many tags consisting of the word "authorization" however if I tried to add a new tag to the same article consisting of the word "code", when I click the add arrows, it waits, the word disappears, but the word "code" is not added to the Tags list on the left.
Wondering what I can do in order to fix this. Is there a way to add brand new tags consisting of words that don't exist in any other?
Thanks
