Mailbox of choice not staying when left

We have been using Cerberus 4 for about a month now. When we first started using Cerberus, when you clicked into a ticket or away from the Mail tab, when you returned to the mail tab it would remember were you were. I.e. if i was in my mail or a group i would return to that screen. However now we are ALWAYS returned to the ALL GROUPS (Spam Filtered). I haven't down anything to the web server, and it is happening in the FF and IE, in Linux and on Windows. Any ideas? I think it may be a cache issue since I recently changed the default image, and while it shows up on some pages, it does show up on all of the them. And speaking of missing, some of the workers, where it says "Whose online" many are browsing "ticket number #images" . Clicking on the "image" link takes you to a screen that says "invalid ticket ID". Sorry for all the random issues but they just started to happen all at once and I am thinking that maybe they are related.

It seems if i remove my custom logo, this problem goes away. Any ideas on why that would be? It just seems odd to me.

Um... what exactly did you do in terms of adding your custom logo? Was it just the setup config change?

Yep. I just went to: Helpdesk Settings -> System Settings and entered in the url of my png. Since then I have updated to 662 and it seems to be fine. I am however using the entire URL for the image location.

That should be fine... let us know if it starts acting up again on build 662.
