Hi Guys,

On occasion we need to forward tickets outside of the helpdesk to multiple recipients.

When I click [Forward] and try and add multiple email addresses in the [To] field separated by commas,Cerberus locks up and does not allow me to continue. I need to close the browser and reopen.

Sometimes I get this message from Firefox “A Script on this page may be busy……..” Stop script or continue.

Please advise.

Hi there,
I just tried to reproduce this on our desk running build 642 (the newest stable build) and I'm unable to reproduce this using IE7, or FF2. To test I even just copy/pasted a few lines like "blah @ blah.com, blah @ blah.com, blah@blah.com, " and then pasted repeatedly, but also wasn't able to make it stall on my desktop.

Can you try svn updating to 642 and seeing if this still occurs?

Hi,

We have tried updating the helpdesk and run into a problem completing the upgrade.

Forward to many resolved with the successful update to Build 642.
