Copying workspaces

I was wondering if it is possible to copy workspaces between different workers?

I've got mulitple staff in who undertake the same tasks and therefore need the same workspaces and worklists. You can copy with in the same worker account... I need to be able to create a workspace and copy it between workers so that I only have to setup the workspace once!

Is this possible?

You've closed multiple duplicate Jira tickets with a lot more votes. Is it possible to consolidate these?

The votes? There's no way that *I've* found to do that in JIRA. If you know how, let me know, and I can try to do that.

I did make a point to request that users transfer their votes on every issue I closed, though.
