Oops! I accidentally chose "similar senders" and really wanted to choose "selected only" when doing a bulk update and cannot find where to undo that?

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is an undo for that. http://www.wgmdev.com/jira/browse/CHD-37

You could identify the affected tickets from the `ticket_audit_log` table, though.
