array@localhost ?

using MAIL email client on Mac with Safari browser

all (new) tickets are assigned array@localhost as primary ticket recipient -

array@localhost appears in Cerberus interface as Ticket Requester

identical ticket viewed in Entourage does not display array@localhost as recipient

Does anybody else see this recipient/ ticker requester?

Can't recall ever seeing it here... What versions of everything are you running (PHP, OS, web server, Cerberus, etc)?

we are on your hosted server, i have been in contact with your support (Brenan) and so far we concluded that it has something to do with our pop mail server (plesk 8.3) and/ or spamassasin.
